Motorcycle Police Officer Injured in Accident
On Tuesday, October 12, it is being reported that a motorcycle police officer, 44-year old Pete Soto, was driving down Avon-Belden Road in Avon Lake, Ohio when he collided with a blue F-150 pickup truck.
Allegedly, the driver of the truck was pulling out of his driveway when the collision occurred and did not see the motorcycle coming. Soto was ejected from his motorcycle immediately upon impact, and was described to be under the front of the truck by witnesses.
He suffered from substantial injury was flown to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he has since become conscious and able to talk.
