Three Involved in Florida Accident

While driving their motorcycles down U.S. Highway 231 near Alford, Florida, with his friend 50-year-old Gordon Ward, 67-year-old Willie Peach collided with the back of a sedan, driven by 28-year-old Sabrina Lindahl.

Upon the collision, Peach was ejected from his pike. Lindahl took what is described as "evasive action" as she swerved to avoid his unmanned bike, however in doing so, she resulted in striking Ward. Ward's bike then drove into the guardrail.

All three were injured with injuries ranging from mild to severe, but no one was fatally hurt. Peach, who had been riding without a helmet, was injured the most severely and was promptly taken to a local hospital where he was proclaimed to be in critical condition.

In the time immediately following a motorcycle accident, it is vitally important that you do not hesitate to secure the necessary assistance from a Florida motorcycle accident lawyer.
